About

Since opening its doors in 1996, the Cathedral Freehouse has become of Regina’s favourite restaurants. At the gateway to the Cathedral Village – one of the oldest and most eclectic neighbourhoods in Regina – the Freehouse has always made an effort to reflect the rich variety of the area in its menu and design. As a result, the Freehouse is a unique spot for friends to get together, as well as a committed partner to the interests of the Cathedral Village.

At the Freehouse, we march to the beat of our own drummer, boasting local art on virtually every wall and unique, hand-painted tabletops throughout. We are a local pub wrapped in an upscale lounge inside a bistro. Want to dress up? Great. Prefer to dress down? Cool. Just get dressed and come on down.
